Payment & Delivery



Orders are processed the same day as receipt of an order with the appropriate payment.  If requested stock is out of order, notification is given immediately.  Books are posted, and cost of postage will depend on the combined weight of the order, plus 50 grams weight for the packaging.  The weight of each book is supplied with the catalogue details.  For delivery charges, click here or scroll below.

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.  Because many books are imported, they are susceptible to sudden price change reflecting a rise or fall in the value of the Australian dollar against foreign currencies. This price change will only affect new deliveries of stock.  

Payment
You may pay by credit card (Bankcard, Visa Card, Master Card) or by cheque, money order or via EFT. You can either use the Secure shopping cart facility, but if you prefer can email, fax, post or phone your order to us with your credit card details. An Electronic Funds Transfer payment can be made to BSB No 085-375, Account 654832981.

If ordering per mail, fill in the Order Form, print out, and send with either credit card details or a cheque or money order made out to Winsome Enterprises Pty Ltd for the cost of the books, plus postage and handling.   We will hold your order for you until payment has been received.

Express Post
For urgent orders, orders can be dispatched via Express Post.

Returns
We realise that ordering 'sight unseen' can sometimes be a tricky process.  We are happy to answer any queries that you may have about an item before placing an order. If an item is faulty or wrongly described, you may have a refund, credit, or an exchange for another item, subject to the original item being returned in new condition.
